Espira Plant Power Protein - Try Out New Recipes!

Summer is here and so are longer days and warmer weather! One way you can increase energy during this active season is by making energy-boosting smoothies with Espira Plant Power Protein. Check out these smoothie recipes from Espira by Avon’s Nutritionist, Ashley Koff R.D.—they include nutrients that can boost energy and supercharge your summer sales!
Better Mocha
  • 4 oz coffee / espresso
  • 6 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 banana, very rip
  • 1/2 c frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop Espira Plant Power Protein- Rich Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
Pour liquid in first, then add all other ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
Antiox Better (makes 2 servings)
Get the healing, energizing power of antioxidants and digestive support with this delicious blueberry smoothie
  • 2 scoops Espira Plant Power Protein- Creamy Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 cup plain / unsweetened yogurt/ dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 thumb ginger, peeled
  • 1 lime, juiced
Pour liquid in first, then add all other ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
