Better Mocha
- 4 oz coffee / espresso
- 6 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 banana, very rip
- 1/2 c frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop Espira Plant Power Protein- Rich Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
Pour liquid in first, then add all other ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
Antiox Better (makes 2 servings)
Get the healing, energizing power of antioxidants and digestive support with this delicious blueberry smoothie
- 2 scoops Espira Plant Power Protein- Creamy Vanilla
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/4 cup plain / unsweetened yogurt/ dairy-free yogurt
- 1 thumb ginger, peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
Pour liquid in first, then add all other ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
